Muro Ami

I really enjoyed watching the film entitled Muro Ami that we watched during one of the Persef meetings. It's one of Philippine's best movie. The film is also very educational. After watching part of the film, I felt so sorry for those children because their mindset is already on working for living at any way even if they know it's dangerous. I felt so blessed that I don't have to experience such. All I have to worry is to study study study. On the other side, I admire those children because they are so brave to sacrifice for their family. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to finish the film. I hope their will be more film showing next time I have my persef.. .haha!

MODULE 10

For me, the most disturbing social problem facing our children is child pornography. As a student of De La Salle University, Manila, I can help by reaching out to the street children who may be one among those who are victims of child pornography. Someday, when I have already the knowledge and the power, I can promote effective filtering technologies in an isp or backbone level so as to diminish access to those unsuitable sites. As the rate of pornography business in the internet will decreases, many young people will be save from such trade.

PERSEF: Good CItizen ^ ^

1. What strikes you most in the identified image and characteristics of a good citizen? why?
respect all living things because God created us equally.. being a true filipino in mind, words and actions because there's only a few who show true pride for their country.
2. What are your insights on the input about your rights and responsibilities as citizens of this country?
It is not difficult to serve as a good citizen of the country... all the rights and responsibilities like paying taxes and following rules and regulations are all for our own good..
3. How far or near are you to being a good citizen of the country? What resolutions will you undertake?
I believe that I am a good citizen of the country because as much as possible I follow what the society dictates on what is right or wrong.. i follow rules and regulations, i admit sometimes i fail to cross the street at the right place and time.. but i dont harm anybody.. and even if im an alien in this country... haha i really really love to stay here.. there's so much to love than to hate about this country. :) im a proud citizen of this country. :) My resolution on my mischief on some of the rules i violated is to be aware and avoid to commit the same thing again and again knowing it is not right.

Memories

Maybe watching films now doesn't fit my sked. It's because I'm currently busy with academics requirements. I almost want to have my clone just to finish everything on time. But I can do it. I believe that I can because I'm working hard for it. Today, to share some stories about what I've watched few months ago. I remembered this film because i watched it with my brother. The name of the film is "The Notebook". The movie started with an old man reading a story written in a notebook to an old woman in a nursing home where he's wife, who can't remember him anymore, was also staying. I can't imagine the feeling of the old guy at his age when his wife can't remember him anymore. The story he read is about two young lovers Allie and Noah who were separated by Allie's parents because Noah came from an unwealthy family. After several years, the girl was engaged to a wealthy soldier. But because Allie still have feelings for Noah. She visited him to see if he's okay and tell him about her marriage. The meeting led Allie to bring back the love she once had for him. She consequently had to choose between Noah and her fiance. The story was actually the love story of the old man who was telling the story. Still it's a happy and sad ending for both of them. The story touched me so much. The story depicts a reality of young lovers long time ago until today. At the end of the day, I strongly recommend the film to anybody specially to those who are in a relationship. Maybe this film will be an eye opener for all of them. That's all for now.

The most significant relationship I have is my relationship with my brother. He is a very sweet and loving brother. nax! haha naglalambing na naman daw aku! may kailangan daw aku.. wehehehe! ausin ku dapat to.. bantay sarado kuya e.. sya pa ang nakaupo sa pc.. bait noh! haha nakatayo akung nagtatype haha! pero aus lang haha! ganyan kami magmahalan. sagad sa buto.. buto buto na kasi sya.. haha! anyway, haha! may kwentu aku, haha lam nyo ba nun nag college si kuya.. lagi na sya busy, late uwi.. lagi ku sya miss.. tapos pag nasa bahay naman.. computer kaharap selos tuloy aku.. huhu tapos ngaun aku na din! hahahaha! makaganti din..kaya aku nagcomsci e! hahaha! para agawan ku sya sa computer haha! inaagaw kc ni computer si kuya ku sakin e.. love traingle ba ito..haha! kaya pag nasa bahay si kuya asa pinto palang noon hug ku kagad para maubusan ng oxygen..waha! may 1 oclock hug 2 oclock hug and so on pa nga aku sa kanya e! sweet ku noh! haha! kahit minsan lang bonding moment namin, every weekends nalang tas tinutulugan pa ku hanggang gabi.. hmf! pag nagkulitan kami masya kasi talo sya sa kilitian 2000 ay 2007 na pala 7 years foundation na! haha pero ngaun may kasama ng kantahan! fav song ku sa kanya un i still believe in loving you inspit of all the HURTINGS im going thru wahahha! haha si kuya naghihimutok na wahaha! gamit pa kc sya computer nagpapakabusy na naman! selos ulit aku waha hindi ku kaya pagamitin...magbloblog aku buong magdamag! o sya hahaba na blog ku mas mahaba pa sa kanya! haha! pero love ku yan si kuya.. one and only! sabi nga ng mama ku.. iwan ka na lahat, pero kaming dalawa magkapatid lang ang magtutulungan hangang sa huli hehehe! cge bgay ku na ngakay kuya haha! nxt time ulit hahaa

As of now, I couldn't think of the hardest decision making i had faced before. When I think of decision making right this time, the first thing that comes into my mind is these past few weeks, I and my partner are so troubled in deciding what topic to choose for our research paper in englres. We're maybe afraid to choose the wrong topic and end up crap..waaa! i don't want to fail any subject because of wrong move. haha! Regrets in the future are actually what make decision making so difficult..

I'm so not in mood these past few days.. i'm so bothered by i don't know.. am i stressed out? I also don't know.. haha usually when i'm like this.. i sleep a lot.. but now for a change! i plan to learn to play the guitar.. haha! sort of diversion! haha! wish me luck! haha!

Yesterday, we have another persef2 meeting. We played a game. I'm not sure of the title of the game, but what I know is that everyone had played that game before, but still it's fun and enjoying. We have always enjoyed playing game since PERSEF1. The game started with a person asking another one a question, "Are you stressed out?". If the respondent answered yes, he would then give a description. For instance, the respondent said "especially those who were wearing pink". Those who were wearing pink that time should change sits. The one who was left standing would be the next "taya" haha! It was sure fun! haha! After that, we had groupings. Surprisingly, Adi is one of my groupmates again..! whaha! Adi is the best! very funny yet korni!

wat a day..

Today is the second day of class. I'm so stupid to found out just yesterday that my class would be from 8-2:30pm straight! haha no choice enrollment day always makes me mad! I and my forever classmate couldn't get the sked we wanted for so many reasons.. ! That means I have no break at all.. no lunch time.. Not to mention, i had my lunch around 4pm already.. actually not a real lunch because i only ate two hash brown.. yum! haha! im so tired when i got home because i hadn't eat my lunch and i had to walk 4 "kanto" to get home! hayz.. so after i ate my so-called lunch , i slept for around two hours.. just enough to retrieve my energy haha! now, im alive! ahh.. i want to share something.. my forever classmate ramelle taught me a while ago how to start my day ryt.. haha! she said start my day with a SMILE then ORGANIZE and have PRESENCE OF MIND! haha! il try that tomorrow! let's see if it's effective! haha!

the day before today...

Yes! haha! The first thing I learned in PERSEF2 was to create a blog! I never planned to create a blog before. Now, I have one.. =p
Today is actually the first day of school year 2007-2008 of our school. I was very excited for this day to come because I was going to meet new and old classmates again.hehe! and of course new profs. =) When I woke up in the morning, it was raining.. =( ! Thank God.. it didnt rain while i was on my way to school.
I had all in all three classes for the day. My last class is none other than persef2. I was a bit excited to have our persef2 class because I enjoyed having our persef1 class. I actually miss having our persef1 class.. the subject was surely my favorite. it was a time of ecstasy while we were learning at the same time! haha! I was hoping and thinking it would be the same for persef2, so I was very excited. As what our persef2 prof Ms. Trogo said, the topics to be discussed in our course are about career, relationship.. surely it would be beneficial to us. I hope it would also be fun at the same time even if we're only 27 in the class.
